Product Description

Fresh apples slices flavored with cinnamon freeze-dried to retain their delightful taste, they are ready to eat anytime and anywhere! Originally developed for the early Apollo missions, food is frozen to -40 degrees F (-40 degrees C) and then vacuum dried and placed in a special foil pouch. This product is manufactured by the same company that supplies freeze-dried foods to NASA for Space Shuttle missions.
