1.0 out of 5 stars Get William Stanek's Netscape ONE Developer's Guide instead!, June 22, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Official Netscape One Book: Create Integrated, Platform-Independent Web Applications (Paperback)
When you get a book that is supposed to be straight from the source "official" you expect fairly comprehensive coverage of the issue and perhaps a few insider tips. Well, don't expect any of that from this book! The Official Netscape ONE Book is officially a BUST...

The authors discuss Netscape ONE from a user's point of view and don't really get into using the technologies. As a result, you end up with an expensive and long-winded press release...Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The best book I've found covering Netscape ONE is Netscape ONE Developer's Guide written by William Stanek, who is in my humble opinion THE best computer book writer out there--at least he knows what he is talking about and takes the time to present what he talks about in a way that is intelligent and enjoyable.
