This is the book that Major League umpires put under their pillow at night. This is the bible for any league that plays by the Official Rules of Baseball. Title not covering contents,
The title of this book states that the rules in it are for the year 2007. However, when looking into the contents it turns out that the rules are those for the year 2006. Disappointment!

I have found that this rule book is essential to have as a youth baseball coach. I buy one every year and I highly recommend it to all my fellow coaches.
