First of all, these wallets are a joke. They are modified memory card holders that Ogon Designs guts and puts in a very cheap folded plastic accordion holder for your credit cards and items.

These memory card holders in question have great bodies but are known for their closing clasp failure.

I purchased this wallet for myself and was disappointed as soon as I opened the box and realized that it was just a rebuilt memory card holder.

I decided to give it a try and, sure enough, the clasp holding the wallet together failed just like the memory card holders it is based upon does.

I contacted the company only to be told that the ONLY way that the clasp would fail was if the wallet was overfilled or abused. They claim their wallet's minimum lifespan of regular use is three years.

Don't pay $40 or more for a modified $15 memory card holder with a known faulty clasp design.

And that little piece of plastic is the latch that holds the wallet closed. It snapped off in the first week of use. You really would expect more for such a high priced little wallet. I haven't tried to return it yet, so I don't know if that will be satisfactory or not, but I would not recommend this item.

I bought this product because I was looking for a hard case wallet that was small enough to fit in the front pocket of my pants as I really don't like bulky conventional leather wallets. It's stylish, looks really cool and works very well for me. A relative of mine saw my Ogon case and immediately bought one for himself. I love this wallet and will definitely buy another one in the future. The different colors on offer are great as well.

Nice, stylish and durable -- except for the critical vulnerable piece that is the plastic clasp. This wallet took basic wear and tear for several months without so much as a minute dent scratch. But this morning I dropped it and that was enough to break the plastic clasp. I wouldn't be too heartbroken if I'd paid 10 or 15 bucks for this thing. But for nearly 40 bucks I expect a wallet to handle a drop without being rendered useless.

Another problem is that you have to fold paper money twice for the bills to fit in; and once you do that with more than 2 or 3 bills they get too thick to fit. So in other words, this is not so much a wallet as a card holder.

My next wallet will be a Flipside 2X, which I intend to order right after writing this review.

Great idea, poor execution. The clasp is fragile. Ogon should redesign and they will double their sales. Oh, wait -- I bought two because I thought it was my fault the clasp broke the first time. So, they have already doubled their sales to me.

I purchased this item as a gift for my son. He loves it. It slides in and out of his pocket with no problem. It has a small 'footprint' so it's not bulky, and it keeps his cards from getting bent.

The plastic clasp broke after 6 months of careful use. Other than that it's great lol. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

This was on my friend's wishlist for Christmas and my husband was his secret santa. Once my husband saw it in person, he also wanted one. Very sleek and hip.
