Oh Henry Single, Candy Bars (Pack of 36)

The candy bars are delicious, arrrived in good condition, and on time. I tried to locate this product at several retails in town to no avail. I wanted them for a baby shower favor. The new baby is going to be named Henry and this was a fun way to tell the guest. I purchased extra to be shared when the baby is born, beats cigars.

I have been eating Oh Henry! bars ever since my late teens ( I'm 33 now ) and they are by far my favorite chocolate bar in the entire world! They used to sell these wonderful chocolate bars at my local Walgreen's but for some reason they stopped carrying them at all the stores in my area so I went to search for them on Amazon and here they were! I was a little hesitant to purchase them at first because of the price but then I did price comparisons on the Internet and I figured that it was cheaper to buy them here than anywhere else, including many of those so-called " candy " stores that charge you and arm and a leg for the old classic candy bars you grew up loving.
Oh Henry! bars themselves taste unlike any other chocolate bar ont he market. While not unlike a Snickers bar or a Baby Ruth bar in the way the peanuts crunch while you're chewing it in your mouth, the chocolate is better made, more mild and less sweet than a snickers bar and not as rich or as sweet as a Baby Ruth bar. These bars are made by the famous Nestle company based out of Switzerland ( who also make baby Ruth ) bars and Nestle is a fine chocolate-maker, I'll give them that one for sure! In fact, to me Oh Henry bars are not unlike a piece of candy you'd buy freshly made at a See's Candies store or something like that. Fresh, aromatic, crunchy and just plain good. I FEEL SO SORRY for the Amazon customer whose box of Oh Henry! bars came old and expired cos mine were fresh, chewy and just plain good. I have already eaten 7 packages and I don't plan to eat anymore for a while but I know when I need to order another box ( which will be soon, you can bet on that ) Amazon.com is the place to go for them. Also try Goo Goo Clusters Sumpreme if you like Oh Henry bars, they are a chocolate bar made by a candy company based out of Tennessee who produce a superior chocolate candy bar. Well done Nestle, and thanks again Amazon! UPDATE: March 24th, 2011: I HAVE ORDERED 3 MORE BOXES OF THESE AMAZING CHOCOLATE BARS SINCE THE TIME OF THE WRITING, THE MOST RECENT ON FEBRUARY 21st, 2011. SAME CONSISTENT QUALITY, SAME GREAT TASTE, EVERYTHING AMAZING! YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE, PEOPLE!!!

Oh Henry candy bars have always been my favorite and at age 81 i still enjoy them as much today as i have in my youth. for the longest time i was not able to find Oh Henry candy bars anyplace in our area. i finally dicovered them on the interent, and wasted no time in ordering a box of 36. a real surprise and a treat i shared with friends who were delighted and surprised that they were still being made. i would hope that they will once again be available in our local stores.

A great old candy bar! Old as in been around since I was a kid and before. I was delighted to find that they still made them, and to be honest I was skeptical at first, thinking they were not the original Oh Henry! candy bar. But after I recieved my box and opened one of the bars, the first bite told me this is the orginal! I ordered 2 boxes, one for myself and one for a gift. The bars were fresh and just as I remember the Oh Henry! candy bars from years ago. I introduced them to my Grandkids who had never seen them before and they loved them too. So I will definately be ordering more! I don't know why they are not distributed in stores anymore, but as long as they keep making them i'll keep buying them!

This is the best candy bar ever which is rarely found in stores anymore. Don't pass out the opportunity and distribute freely to those who enjoy chocolate.

O'Henry bars are no longer found in any stores in our area. I was very glad to find them on line and hoard them for myself.

Bought these Oh Henry's as a christmas gift. Went over real well! Candy bars were fresh and good! Shipping was great!

Always have been fond of Oh Henry bars, but they can be hard to find at times in the store. While you have to be careful when ordering a 36 pack that you ration them out appropriately, this worked out to be a good deal since there was a special going on at the time I ordered. They arrived fresh and in great condition.

I am one of those people who develop a liking for a product, and then all stores immediately stop carrying it. I have learned not to bother talking to store managers about getting a product back. They are ball-less idiots who can't work outside the limits of the purchasing lists mandated by their corporate supervisors.

Enter Amazon! Now I can get almost any item as long as the manufacturer hasn't discontinued it! Better still, I don't have to stop anywhere to buy it because it is on the shelf in my kitchen. The Oh Henry bars I purchased are no different than what used to be on the shelf at my local inconvenience store. Thank You, Amazon.
