Dr. Ohira's 12 plus are simple put the best probiotics out there, not only will they implant properly in because of the encoated capsules but also they will improve vitamin absorption and promote a healthy colon. After taking this product for a couple of days my constipation became history and my bowel movements were comfortable. Ohira's is definitely the best, even better than garden of life. For some reason primal defense gave me headaches that i couldnt tolerate. Ohira's gave me no side effects. Let me say that again: Ohira's is the best probiotic.

To my amazement Dr Ohira's Probiotic 12 has done what two rounds of antibiotics could not do for my wife - ending chronic yeast infections. For me, it has made both constipation and diarea a thing of the past.

Skin irritation or acid reflux, this is definitely the product for you! It works in a matter of days. I would suggest anyone take this to ward off unhealthy bacteria.

if you believe and know the benefits of probiotics, then i'd investigate and try dr ohira's. i did when looking for a probiotic, and find it an incredible product. digestion, cleaning out excess undigested food in the intestine that results in added weight, is marked. i take 2/day.

I am one of those people that get gas pressure up in my chest area, and it can really feel like a heart attack. I chew one of these capsules, and the relief is almost immediate. Dr. Ohhira's is simple the best probiotic out there.

I love Dr. Ohhira's probiotics. Tremendous help for the entire digestive system. I also give 1/2 cap to each of my cats. They love it!

love this product, although it's quite pricey, but, it really works, keeps me so regular i can't take it everyday as suggested, only been taking it for about a month so i still need to see what else it does for me.

I have heard that this probiotics are the best so I wasn't thinking much of the price and purchased them. It's been a week since I've started taking them and honestly I don't see any difference. I used to drink Good Belly probiotic juices and really loved them. Those, I can say for sure, regulated my bowel movements and made my trips to the bathroom regular daily occurrence. Once I run out of juice and started on this probiotics, I am quite constipated. I am sorry but I have to be pretty graphic, when I go to the bathroom every other day I have to strain myself to the point of feeling like I am having a baby through my backside. Not a good feeling. Not just that, but now I have a lower back pain for the last 3 days too and a few signs of IBS. It could be just a coincidence and I will continue taking them till I run out, but I don't think I will buy them again. Will go back to Good Belly.
