5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Book for the layperson of all ages, March 15, 2003
This review is from: Ohio Traffic Tickets are for the Birds: A Practical Defense Manual for Juveniles and Adults (Paperback)
Mr. Wolk gives an informed and entertaining overview of the entire traffic court process. I have my son using it right now on his traffic ticket, and he has learned so much about the whole court process. Just as importantly, he is asking questions and thinking about his rights and duties as a citizen - from traffic tickets right up to the current confrontation with Iraq. The concepts are the same.

Mr. Wolk makes the all important point that we must first and always fight for and protect our rights on the local level. Only when we are willing to first do this for ourselves, can we consistently claim the position to do this for others.

Traffic courts are the perfect place to start, for youngsters and adults, and Mr. Wolk provides a great manual to aid us.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Book For People Who Care About Their Rights, May 23, 2002

This review is from: Ohio Traffic Tickets are for the Birds: A Practical Defense Manual for Juveniles and Adults (Paperback)
Thank you Mr. Wolk! I used your book and got my speeding ticket dismissed! What a great book. Lots of useful information and great guidelines. Funny. Sarcastic. Easy to read. A lot of information in there for juveniles too. People definitly need this book, becasue we do need to start recognizing and sticking up for our rights...There are just too many incidents of arbitrary traffic ticket enforcement our there for people to ignore. This is a great book to empower people to protect their rights...It's a great edition for your personal library. Well done Mr. Wolk!

5.0 out of 5 stars An Excellent Book For All States; A Practical Method To Win, April 13, 2002
This review is from: Ohio Traffic Tickets are for the Birds: A Practical Defense Manual for Juveniles and Adults (Paperback)
I'm very impressed with Mr. Wolk's writing. The book is packed full of useful information. I've already found three ways I could have gotten out of two past tickets! But he also tells it like it is. He's sarcastic and humorous, so it's a good read. But he's also honest. There are so many things the government has to do to convict you of a traffic ticket. Mr. Wolk explains these things and how to find out about and use them to get your ticket thrown out. What's more, he writes about his sincere concern for people's rights on the roads, how local governments often disregard them, and how to fight for them to protect them for ourselves and our children. Thanks Mr. Wolk, and thanks for the special sections applicable to juveniles too!
Sincerely
