Chuck Blore makes the Radio Business sound like ALOT of fun.
belinda Irons
I could tell Chuck Blore stories all night long but time is probably better spent reading this wonderful book.
Dr. Bill
That said, it is still a great read especially for anyone who was ever in radio.
T. Goodwin

Chuck Blore, the voice that created thousand of the most brilliant, unique -- and at times -- the funniest commercials ever created...is back in new territory with one of the most fun books of the year! Chuck Blore has finally written his first book that takes you behind the mind of Blore's unique talent and his team of brilliance that could have you laughing one minute and shedding tears the next! Blore's book is more fun than anything I've read in decades ... but be ready...this book could bring you to thoughts that could change the world! "OKAY "OKAY. OKAY"--I wrote The Book" by Chuck Blore" is available now on Amazon or Kindle! The story of how this little known creative radio in his early years, changed into Advertising's 30/second genius---and turned real-life children into radio stars and an industry into world-class commercial greatness!

Chuck, and I have two favorite parts: the first is the first half of the book that talks about your radio days and the birth
of Top 40 and I get to meet people in your book who are indelible. The first half is lively and your enthusiasm and love of
good ideas is irrepressible. Much of this was new, had not heard these stories and my only disappointment is that the first half was
not twice as long. Three times. The other favorite part was the second half and I was blessed to have been there for 100 or
so of those category-changing radio and television commercials. From the moment (December 10, 1968), the first time I went up the stairs at
1606 North Argyle and into the office with more IBA's and Clio's ever assembled anytime, anywhere, I was in love. I was in love with
Love the dog, with all the ideas, all the people and hoped that someday I could do more than lean over the dutch door and be
allowed to come in and sit on the couch and listen and watch. Watching Chuck and Don and Will and Angel -- it was the best
creative in any of the 14 advertising agencies I worked for, including two of my own, I ever saw. I could tell Chuck Blore stories all night long
but time is probably better spent reading this wonderful book.

The book is not a true autobiography but a collection of stories from Chuck's life. Gordon McClendon may have invented Top 40 radio, but Chuck Blore gave it class and unbelievable ratings. His stories of his advertising production studio are fascinating but there is a lot left out about his life. That said, it is still a great read especially for anyone who was ever in radio.

I was in Top 40 radio in tiny markets. It was awful and wonderful and Chuck captures that. If you were in, listened to or just loved radio, you'll enjoy this.

This is the best book I have ever read about the beginning and success of Top 40.

He was there....HE WAS THE MAN!

I read your book, "Okay, Okay, I Wrote the Book," cover to cover the other night and since then browsed it, constantly, trying to find the appropriate word to adequately summarize the thrill and shear enjoyment of "Okay, Okay." Alas, as with all authentic works of one master or another, plagiarism is necessary to express my feelings about "Okay, Okay." Ergo: "Yippee." Thanks so much, Chuck, for making radio great.
