this is the best small semi-pro printer ever! I bought it couple years ago at Office Depot in Florida (then they stopped selling it) and it was perfect for our small office where sometimes you need to print lots of copies (high quality). It handles a lot of copies per month and it prints fast. I moved to Baltimore and ordered it through Amazon after trying several laser printers from Office Depot and Staples. They can't even compare with the Oki.

Excellent color quality on graphs, charts and text. Not used for photo printing. Small footprint and not too tall so it easily fits in my office space. It is a little noisy for about a minute or so after it prints but then it quiets down. If I can only get it to go quiet immediately after printing, it would be perfect for me. Perhaps the support line could help. By the way they are local(U.S.), live and responsive.

This printer is relatively quiet and the print quality is excellent for documents and the speed is good. The toner cartridge is easy to replace which is refreshing since my previous printer, a Konica Minolta, gave me a fight every time. Photo printing comes out a bit too dark, though. I have Windows Vista and the software would not autorun but emailed OKI support and they sent good instructions the next business day. Altogether, a very nice printer for the money.
