this is by far the best printer i have ever purchased, I did not even know this brand existed until someone told me about it, i bought it, tried it, Loved it! will purchase again from seller, fast service!

Do NOT buy this printer!
We reviewed and believed what the company website told us about how good this printer was. We purchased the printer in April 2010 and of course like everything in the beginning it worked great. Then in November it started to give problems so we contacted the company and they told us we needed a new fuser. It is now Feb 2011 and we again had to purchase another fuser at a...

We reviewed and believed what the company website told us about how good this printer was. We purchased the printer in April 2010 and of course like everything in the beginning it worked great. Then in November it started to give problems so we contacted the company and they told us we needed a new fuser. It is now Feb 2011 and we again had to purchase another fuser at a cost of $155. The ink for this printer is very expensive and the picture quality is not good at all. Overall this printer is a piece of junk and we are very unhappy.
