no drum
no computer cable
i received a skeleton printer of no use.
i didnt know we can buy printers like this
very bad experience. try to save money, but
didnt work.so no more buying with you guys

I have four of these that we use in our business. The print quality is pretty good, and it's easy to use. One of the problems is the paper tray is relatively small. You have to buy an extra paper tray to get a good sized tray, and it's almost as expensive as the printer itself. The network card costs almost as much as the printer, as well. The toner seems to last quite a while, but it too is expensive. The drum costs quite a bit as well. I had one recently give out after about 3 1/2 years of use. Everyone says the fuser is probably what is wrong with it, but parts and labor make it almost as expensive as a new one, because the printer is difficult to take apart, from what I understand.
Update: since our last review I've had problems with the replacement. I don't know if it has to do with the pre-printed invoices we use or the printer itself. It will jam sometimes if the printer prints to the front, not if you print to the rear. We exchanged it once and the new one did the same thing. Our old printers didn't do this, even though they were the same model and everything.

The laser printer was in great shape, with a very low page count, it was almost as good as new. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definetly use them again!
