My dealings with the company have all been first-rate. There was a problem with my first printer. They sent me a new one overnight to Hawaii. Very helpful for problems and assistance in any direction. Quite the machine. Perfect printing with the correct settings and media. I purchased the duplexer, it prints both sides of the paper and it seems to do it just as fast as one. Only down side is that it is noisy. They say it has 4 motors, I don't care, it does the great job.
