An award winning extra virgin olive oil from Chile, South America. All natural and certified organic. With yellow green shades, typical of a fruity olive oil, a balanced, elegant bitter tone that leaves a very pleasant, mildly hot, aftertaste. Olave is the result of the harmonious blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Arbequina and Coratina varieties of olives, all picked at the proper moment to insure full flavor. A wonderful oil for any dish!
