I have had problem skin all of my life and when you're using potent, drying anti-acne medications, a high-powered (i.e. more than SPF 15) moisturizer is a must. I tried this when it first came out, maybe 5 years ago, and liked its clean smell (completely gender neutral), medium weight, and texture (not too runny, not too thick). The size of the bottle means it can go along easily when I travel. Its pump dispenser ensures the lotion stays sterile.
For its price, it's a great value and you can buy it in any drugstore in America should you run out. (I don't because I signed up for the delivery on Subscribe & Save which comes out to cheaper than buying it locally). If you're worried about irritation, don't be: I have sensitive skin so I've tried both versions (sensitive and regular) and can't say I've noticed any difference)

The beauty junkie in me keeps trying new brands of sunscreen/moisturizers, but I continue to be disappointed. The competition might have one of the above-mentioned perks but not all of them, so I return to Complete Defense and think, "at least that's one less thing I have to worry about."

The only negative?? The product design means that when this bottle is still a 1/3 full, it's difficult to pump out the remaining lotion. But a quick lid removal and swipe with the inside tube solves that. It's a small price to pay for something that in all other respects is practically perfect.

We all know sun damage is what causes premature aging in our face but it's hard to find a sunscreen light enough to wear everyday. I have been using another more expensive brand for a while but I ran out and needed something fast and Amazon's Prime shipping is unbeatable! I decided to try this based on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did because it costs much less than the sunscreen I was using so I don't have to worry about the cost at all. The Olay is not even the slightest bit greasy and it hasn't caused me to break out. It has a light fragrance but it's not overpowering and doesn't smell at all like sunscreen. I use it for myself, my husband and even my childre. I have recently converted my parents to both use this product.

This lotion is all you would want it to be.

And unlike even major brands like Coppertone and Banana Boat, the sunscreen protection in this product has been clinically shown to actually work against both types of damaging ultraviolet radiation.

I use a lot of olay regenerist products and thought this will be ok. But it's just feel too greasy for me and make my face shiny after i put it on. I don't think I am an oily type. Anyways, will try to finish it and won't buy it again.

I saw this lotion talked about on one of the morning news shows & checked it out because of its SPF 30. (I'm a redhead, fair-skinned, burn easily.) I've been using this for facial moisturizing for several years, because of its SPF initially. It's rich & creamy without being heavy or greasy, doesn't dry on my face b4 foundation is applied, and my skin looks soft, not dry or tight. I don't worry as much about sun exposure. It may not take years off my looks, but I've had friends be surprised to learn my age. Whether due to a good moisturizer or genetics I don't know, but I'll gladly take the compliments! = )
I've never thought of Olay Complete Defense Moisturizer as a sunscreen, never seen it promoted as such. It's sold with other facial moisturizers, not with the sunscreens.

This is a great product! And Olay does not overcharge - like some companies ...

Another great Olay product! Moisturizes and protects my (sensitive) skin without irritating it one bit. It feels wonderful and makes my skin glow! I am hooked on these products.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed with having Melanoma skin cancer. What a scare that was! I had successful surgery but the whole ordeal gave me a "not so gentle" warning that I have to take care of my skin and protect it from the sun.

I now wear sun screen 365 days a year. My dermatologist, who is the chief dermatologist at a big teaching hospital, recommended this product (Oil of Olay Complete Defense with a SPF of 30) for my face. It not only protects from UVB rays, but also has UVA protection as well.

I like this product a lot - because it is moisturizing, but not greasy. I have noticed that by putting it on daily, I have not only protected my face from the sun, but my skin seems younger-looking. I highly recommend this product!

This is an excellent product but when you look at all of the parabens in it then you have to give pause. Especially disrupting to children.
