Water, Petrolatum, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate, Dimethicone, Fragrance, Stearyl Alcohol, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Polysorbate 60, DMDM Hydantoin, Disodium EDTA, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Cetyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol.
Directions
For best results, use after cleansing with bar or body wash. Use daily on the body: Step 1. Cleanse with body wash or bar soap, as usual, then rinse. Step 2. Dispense product into hand and smooth onto wet skin. Start with a quarter size amount for each area of the body (adjust as needed). Step 3. Rinse. Step 4. Pat dry with towel.

I'm a 6'5', 240 straight man and I use this stuff everyday. I have very dry skin and have always hated putting on lotion.
Simple and plain -this stuff does the job. For any other guys that may consider this product: Make sure you use this particular one because some of the other versions of this (at least the purple bottle) have little shimmer or sparkles in it. I found that out the hard way. lol

I was really surprised at how well this product moisturized. I showered a little with regular body wash, rinsed, and then applied this and rinsed. After I got out the shower I did feel a difference from my previous showers.
I live where there's really hard water and I think it tends to dry my skin faster. Normally the heels of my feet will even be dry and rough after a shower in the water. After I applied the lotion and rinsed, I noticed that my heels were soft and when I dried off afterwards they were still soft. It has definitely remedied one of my major skin dryness problems. It smells excellent too! I'd highly recommend.

I love using this in the shower especially in the winter when my skin gets really dry and flaky. It also smells great and my boyfriend compliments me everytime I use it. Very easy & quick for those of us who like silky, smooth skin but just don't have the time (or just plain lazy) to use lotion after a shower.
