This stuff is great for that post nasal drip cough or a stuffed up nose. We rub it on the chest and back, and bottoms of the feet. Really helps my 4 & 2 year old kids when they are feeling crummy. They like to smell it too. If you get the oil, but some on a q-tip and just inhale a bit. Helps to open up the nasal passages. Really nice, and has a nice range of usefulness.

I have a chronic tendonitis in my left elbow and arthritis in my knees (each have had surgery). This goes on easy and the relief is nearly instantaneous and allows me to fall asleep. I recommend it.
