I am a lover of all things to do with cooking. So it wasn't surprising when we ran out of space in the cupboards. We bought the pot rack in November. It came with great instructions, suggestions for keeping it balanced and lots of hooks. We are very pleased with the quality of the product.

I mounted this carefully according to directions into a beam. After two months use, the hardware by which it was hung came undone sending the rack and several calphalon pots and lids crashing to the counter where it smashed a new t-fal deep fryer and a new 1050 vacume seaer. I lost about $400 in appliances and felt lucky no one was hurt... Note that the anchor was still secure, their hardware stripped out.

The company has so far stonewalled. I have photos, but they know it is not worth going after them in court...

What a disappointment!

I ordered this rack and was concerned that although it looks and sounds sturdy it may not have the refined appearance to be hanging my $2000 worth of Mauviel copper kitchenware on. I was concerned because the price seemed low compared to the next available option which was a $1200 rack that was rectangular and copper plated over steel. I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived and I inspected the rack. The fit and finish is outstanding and of course it is very sturdy. My Copper kitchenware looks very much at home hanging from this rack.

I researched all over the internet and this was by far the best price I found on this model Pot Rack. It's VERY heavy and well built. Looks so professional and works in my limited space kitchen. I needed a round pot rack to go over my square butcher block island and this works perfectly. I have a gas stove with heavy cast iron grates on it and this pot rack matches the grates exactly.

I had researched pot racks online and in physical stores prior to purchasing. This item was a solid purchase. Heavy duty, well built, looks GREAT... and a good value. The smaller round size works well for kitchen islands. I was worried that there was no chain included to hang the rack from, but soon found out that one was not necessary for an average height ceiling. Very happy with it.

We don't have a lot of cabinet space and this is a handy alternative. We love it. It comes with a lot of hooks and ample room on the top for pot lids and other cooking utensils. It is very sturdy and attractive hanging from the ceiling.

Excellent product. Was well packaged and easily assembled. The grill assembly on the interior of the rack allows it to hold many items. The lacquer makes the rack bright and shiny with no tarnishing. Also, the hook assembly is very large and when driven into a stud (as recommended) ensures that the rack will hold considerable weight with no risk of pulling out. I'm very pleased with this product.

The pot rack is beautiful! The price is unbelievable compared to other solid copper racks, and the quality is amazing. It is copper over steel, but its so nice! For once, something better than I thought it would be!

This copper pot rack is perfect in size and function. I love it and it always draws favorable comments.
