Bright and shiny, this solid copper hen mold adds a touch whimsy to kitchen walls. Lined with nickel, which won’t react with acidic foods, it produces jellies, aspics, cakes, and mousses that are sure to elicit "oohs and ahs". A brass ring is attached for hanging, while a lacquer coating helps resist tarnishing. Before use in an oven, remove the lacquer with a lacquer stripper.

Measuring seven by seven-and-one-half inches, and holding 12 ounces; this fruit mold turns out a dessert perfectly-sized for two. Copper molds should be washed by hand in hot, soapy water without abrasive pads or cleansers, then towel-dried.
