This is by far the best dinner kit ever!! Like the other reviewers, my local grocery stores, one by one, have stopped carrying them. I'm beginning to think that Old El Paso has discontinued the Gordita Kit :(

This is one of those kits that you are not able to buy the ingredients separately. I can't seem to find a good replacement for the spicy ranch sauce or the tortillas, which are somewhere between a regular tortilla and a pita. My only "complaint" would be that the case I ordered mid February, has a "use by" date of March 29, 2007. So I guess there will be no need to ask "what's for dinner" at my house.

Update 7/21/07
I went to my local Meijer and there on the shelf was THE GORDITA KIT!! I'm not sure what has happened, if the company has decided to bring them back or if the store has decided to stock them again. Whichever the case they were there :)

Our family has enjoyed Gordita kits for years but over the last 2 years they are no longer available from the local supermarkets so wee have had to search online for them. The arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were fresh and delicious.

My son loves the Old El Paso Godita Kit. When our grocery stopped carrying them and I could not find them elsewhere, I found them on Amazon. The price was very good and they where shipped quickly and free! Now, we are a happy family again.
