Great Contents; Damaged Material,

For the Book, this is an amazing deal, as it is large and packed full with many useful essays for the learning medievalist and Anglo-Saxon Scholar, and would be recommended to be read after Cambridge's Companion to Old English Literature. The content is not an issue here; but I realise this amazing price might have to do with material, as my book arrived with SIGNIFICANT page damage,with dents along the top edge etc, as if it was smashed around quite a bit; yet I know this has nothing to do with the shipping more than likely, becuase the package contained two other books which are in perfect Amazon-expected conditionBe wary! You MIGHT be buying a new book at Half-Price books' quality (and price) more or less, which isn't exactly a bad thing; just would've been nice to know beforehand, I still would have bought it either way, and I suggest anyone to take advantage of this offer, and I will update this review if I am compensated Thorrin |
