These are my first Old Gringo boots and they are truly spectacular! I adore western boots but until now I could not buy Old Gringo because of the price. I can see why they are so expensive, as they are truly well-made with gorgeous embroidery. I would expect them to last a lifetime. I got them in the purple and they do fit true to size. However, if you have a wide foot or want to wear them with socks, you might want to go up a half size as they are not as roomy as some western boots. Also, they are not as tall as some western boots which is fine with me, but perhaps a really tall woman would like a taller boot.

I love this boot. Get one size bigger than your normal size. I wish it came in a taller boot.

I love these boots and have been wearing them several times a week now that the weather has turned cooler. I get many compliments on them any time I am out and most importantly I can wear them all day and they do not hurt my feet. (I do put Dr. Schools Gel inserts in all shoes for added comfort) The heel sits comfortably and there is enough room across the ball of my foot which is extremely important since I have a bunion on one foot. The height of the shaft is perfect too because I have very thick calves and rarely can find boots that don't rub a raw spot where the top of the shaft hits my calf. I have requested another pair similar for Christmas maybe Santa will be good to me this year.

These are without doubt the best boots I have ever owned. I am now the proud owner of 4 pairs of Old Gringo boots. They are expensive but they are so worth it. They are comfortable from day one, the workmanship is superb and they make me smile every time I look down at my feet. People stop me in the street to ask about them.

These are the single most awesome pair of boots I own, and they are not my first pair of Old Gringo's. This style with the beautiful embroidery makes me feel like a cowgirl princess when I put them on. I am now looking for just the right skirt to make a great outfit. They fit perfect without socks so you may want a 1/2 size larger if you want to wear socks. These are well made and worth every penny!

The fit is exact. Bear in mind that they are slightly shorter than usual.If you are looking for your first pair of Old Gringo's these are it! I am very happy... will be considering an additional pair as they are so unique. Lots of compliments.

These boots are spectacular! They do take about a week to really get broken in so don't get thrown off when they hurt like a mother when you first put them on. They fit pretty tight through the ankle and instep at first but this also eases up after about a week of regular wear. Once I broke mine in I walked miles without any problems.

Does anyone know where I can get a pair of those? I searched everywhere and couldn't find them. They truly look spectacular!

These are by far some of my favorite boots. I always get compliments on them. They look great with jeans. The style is unique and very feminine. Good quality boots!
