This is a great knife.
I wanted a large Butcher Knife for cutting half sides of meat. This is perfect. It has excellent weight, and the wood handles are great.

Still an Ontario, but lower quality than Old Hickory.
I found this after doing a web search for Old Hickory knives. I have several original Old Hickorys and needed a longer bladed one. This one is made by Ontario Knives, and is similar in appearance to Old Hickory, but the handle is narrrow and light weight. Almost feels plastic. The blade is thin and much lighter than the original. Haven't sharpened it yet, so am unsure how...
