This is a great fix for the "tipsy" beer can chicken. We have a three burner grill so we set the chicken in the center and light the two outside burners to eliminate flare-ups. Also, set the holder in a disposable foil pan to catch drippings if you want to make gravy.

Very well built. I Use it on my 22.5 inch Weber Kettle and it works great - however there is only a little clearance under the top of the lid. Probably couldn't fit 2 big chickens without a riser on the grill. I just wipe it clean and leave outside.

There are products out there that cost 5 times as much as this. I have a stainless cup that fits this thing, and I pour my liquid into that. Read more
