The Old Smokey Beercan Chicken Holder is a premium beer can chicken roaster. It will gently moisten and season with steam which permeates the chicken while dry heat roasts the outside to perfection. The chicken, (or duck or turkey!) cooks evenly with no effort once it has been placed on the grill or in the oven. No turning is required. You will find beer butt chicken to be the most flavorful LOW cholesterol cooking method available. If you want an alcohol free alternative, try lemonade, ginger-ale or even your favorite cola!

This is a great fix for the "tipsy" beer can chicken. We have a three burner grill so we set the chicken in the center and light the two outside burners to eliminate flare-ups. Also, set the holder in a disposable foil pan to catch drippings if you want to make gravy.

Very well built. I Use it on my 22.5 inch Weber Kettle and it works great - however there is only a little clearance under the top of the lid. Probably couldn't fit 2 big chickens without a riser on the grill. I just wipe it clean and leave outside.

We love beer can chicken. This product makes it so much easier. The chicken stays upright and getting the can out at the end is so much easier.

Have used it twice in the oven, it works great and cleans up nicely. Once summer is here we'll see how it cleans up using a charcoal grill.
