Easy to use. Works well. Required a little extra work to install in an insulated cabinet (approximately 2.5" thick). Overall as advertised.

I was pleased at the speed of delivery of the thermostat. It replaced one my husband had broken and worked perfectly so we could continue to use our smoker. Thanks for having it and having the best price.

Bought this and the matching electrode. Modified my Brinkman and now I have a smoker that will hold temp and works great! Recommend the conversion.

I rigged this puppy onto my Brinkman smoker which I had previously rigged to have an electric element. Had to fuss around some with it but when I was done I could regulate the temp. Made first class jerky. I am pleased with this product.

I bought this item for a homemade smoker I built. This was the most important part of the purpose of my smoker. I needed something that I could calibrate to a specific temp and have it be sensitive enough to maintain it. This was it. It has been working great so far. Keeps my temps withing 5 degrees constant. This is a fairly large smoker so I wasn't quit sure how well this was going to perform along with the element. But like I stated they work great together and they are a perfect setup once you get the temps where you want them. Because this doesn't have the actual degrees labeled on the dial, you will need to calibrate and either mark or just remember where your specific temp is at on the dial. I simply just put a little mark in the ball park range so it would be easier to find and adjust once it has warmed up. Overall a great product!
