The Dirigo XT 120 is made using Old Town's exclusive three-layer polyethylene, a next-generation material that's extra durable where necessary and extra-light where reinforcement isn't needed. This advancement guarantees a 10-percent weight savings over single-layer polyethylene of the same stiffness. The boat also boasts a breakthrough Stabil-form hull design that gives you more precise control without sacrificing stability. As a result, you can nimbly cruise the waterways while looking for a picnic spot or checking out the scenery.

Already known for its creature comforts, the Dirigo XT 120 ups the ante with an ergonomic Active Comfort System (ACS) seat with a four-way adjustment system. The seat requires just a few simple adjustments to conform to your body type, helping you find a custom fit that allows you endless time on the water. The seat base is also well crafted, with a tri-laminate construction that provides support where you need it and softness where you want it. And paddlers will love the seat pad's "fingers," which move with your body as you paddle to provide all-day comfort and breathability.

Storage-wise, the Dirigo XT 120 includes such easy-access storage areas as a glove box hatch for your wallet, glasses, or cell phone; a Space Hatch and bulkhead for larger items; and a deck bungee for holding waterproof gear. About Old Town
Tradition and technology have had a long and comfortable marriage at Old Town. The company built its first wood and canvas canoe in 1898, with a blueprint that was more durable and easier to maintain that the Native American birch canoe that inspired it.
