The cookbook some wonderful recipes. The photography is fab too. Those are some yummy sounding recipes. The pancake recipe mixed in amongst these gooey delights amused me. I don't normally think of them as something for dessert.

This is my go-to cookbook for Australian dessert recipes. I've had to make a few tweaks when translating to US measurements and even cooking times, but overall the recipes are great. And most of them are pretty easy for the home baker. I've discovered a few new dishes that have become party dessert staples thanks to this book.
