I love this tool...I bought it on Saturday and used it to cutout my sewing patters. This tool is a huge timesaver. I was able to cut 2 pairs of pant for my son and a jacket for myself. It really helps with the pain in my hands as well from cutting with my shears. It's more flexible on curves than my larger rotary cutter and very easy to handle.

Every sewing novice and enthusiast needs to have one in their tool box.

I have rotary cutters in all sizes. I get the most use out of my standard sized cutter (45mm). But this little cutter is very useful for smaller items and for cutting curves.

I have been very happy with all of my Olfa cutters. They are good quality products.

It is very interesting how you can work on very tight curves with this rotary cutter. You actually get better cuts using this 18mm cutter.

I have had an Olfa 18mm cutter for a year or so now. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I misplaced it someplace. I'm going thru withdrawal symptoms without it. It really works well on curves and corners. I plan on ordering 2, so that if I lose one again, I have a backup.

Olfa is a gerrific brand for rotary cutters. The blades stay sharp for a long time, this one is no exception. It is good for doing smaller curves.

I ordered this extra small rotary cutter because I have several quilting templates that call for a smaller cutter due to tight curves or mini pieces. Once again Olfa comes through! This cutter works just as well as the 45mm Olfa rotary cutters. I do wish Olfa had made it with a more comfortable handle because it's like trying to hold on to a thin ruler. That is why the 4 star and not 5 star rating. But then again it is not designed to chop through a ton of layers all at once or for big long cuts. It does the job with details. The Fiskars 28mm rotary cutter that I have has a nicer handle however the blade quality is not that of Olfa. The odd thing about how this 18mm cutter is distributed is that only a few quilt shops carry it and if they do it is double the Amazon price. Craft stores only sell this online. Yet the replacement blades are readily available at Amazon, quilt shops, craft stores, and online.

Exactly what I needed. Small enough to do curved template cuts. I use it in addition to a larger rotary cutter for straight cuts.
