I purchased this for my sister who is currently in love with all things OLIVES. It made a great gift along with some fresh kalamata olives and some tapanade. She couldn't keep from browsing recipes during Christmas opening. Beautiful photos, creative fresh recipes and a handy size. Very nice idea and book!

I really enjoy using this book--it's small and concise with beautiful pictures and wonderful recipes using olives. I made Italian olive bread yesterday and it's delicious. Other recipes are easy to read and use. I bought this book because I am on an olive kick, which will continue with these wonderful recipes. I highly recommend this book.
