Michel Gauthier lives in Paris. Paul Ivey is an associate professor of art history at the University of Arizona. He is the author of Postmark: An Abstract Effect, Desultory Correspondence: An Interview with Paul Bowles on Gertrude Stein, and Prayers in Stone: Christian Science Architecture in the United States, 1894-1930. He lives in Tucson, Arizona. Sarah King lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Florian Vetsch lives in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
