As others have noted, the "instructions" included with this mount are terrible (less than 1 star). However, the included 4-ft HDMI cable makes the mount itself virtually free, and the mount is simple enough that a few minutes playing around with it before doing anything permanent will probably get you to the point where you can figure out what they want you to do.

I would give the mount itself 4 stars. It's a simple design, and does the job--as long as the studs are no more than 16" apart. You simply cannot mount this in a location where the studs are even a little more separated than 16".

I got this product yesterday and installed it in one of our rooms.

Cons:

1- It looks like a cheap production.

2- The base that attaches to the wall doesn't come as a single unit to make it sturdy, but in 4 pieces you must screw together, this makes the unit weaker and skewed.

3- The wall base is screwed on and instead of using screws and bolts it is designed for the screws to screw in the very base, this is a weak design.

4- One of the screw holes of the base had the thread not properly done and it was very difficult to re-thread it using one of the extra screws that came with the item. I was about to send it back, but the issue was I would have to wait another week for a replacement.

5- As soon as you are able to assemble the unit and attach the braces to the back of the LCD, it is best to check if it is properly leveled. I spent like half hour trying to level it because it is designed in a way that it allows one brace to be higher than the next one. The screws to attach the braces to the back of the LCD are not a perfect fit to the holes of the braces. I had to hang up and take the LCD down 3 times... an unnecessary risk for accident.

6- It only tilts 12 degrees.

Pros:

1- Price.

2- It comes with a separated magnetic level that can be used to level the LCD once it is mounted on the wall. (very cheaply made, but very useful since the unit is poorly designed)

3- All in all it is not too bad for the price, it is made of steel and it is screwed into place in 4 places holding onto 2 wall studs... so it is very unlikely that your LCD will fall. But if you can spare $30 then buy a better one.

The description clearly states this is for a 23" - 37" TV. I purchased this for a 23" TV, however when I went to install the brackets extend above and below the TV and will show when mounted. So this is better for a TV larger than a 23".

It's hard to rate the product since I couldn't install and use it. I can rate the description and just say it's a bit misleading - purchase with caution if you are installing a 23" TV.

I just purchased this mount for my 32" LCD w/ VESA 200 hole pattern. The mount is very simple and straightforward, and fit my TV just great. It would have been a complete breeze to install if the threaded holes in the steel frame had been chased and de-burred after powder coating. I had a very difficult time getting the screws to thread into the frame correctly. One went relatively easily, two worked out OK but required substantial torque to drive the screws in, and the 4th wound up getting galled up then stripped just before I was able to tighten it fully. Thankfully, this at least allowed the side braces to be attached, but the process could have gone smoother.

The bracket is very simple and easy to wall mount, especially with the included level. I found I could attach the level to the frame with the magnet and it would fit between the wall and the lip of the bracket at the top to allow easy leveling while marking my screw holes. This also allowed me to make fine adjustments after starting the screws in the wall. The mount securely holds my 32" TV, despite one of the side brace screws not being completely tight. All in all it's not bad for a roughly $15 mount, but it would be great if frame assembly was easier. An alternative to the threaded holes would be to leave them clearance holes and provide a nut and washer for the side supports. This would alleviate the need to chase threads after painting, but still allow for easy assembly. I would probably look elsewhere if I needed another wall mount, or drill out the threaded holes and use my own screws with nuts and washers.

We bought a Haier 32" LCD from Amazon and needed a cheap mount for it. This one fit the bill. It's very sturdy and has a nice low profile so the TV doesn't stick out from the wall too much. It's just wide enough for the TV.. In fact if the TV mounting holes were another 1/2" apart, it wouldn't work, so definitely measure your holes on your TV before ordering.

It went up with no trouble and the included level was a nice addition. It was decent enough to do the job, but I have a whole workshop full of levels for "real" work, so I don't know if I'll use it anymore than this. My only complaint was that it didn't seem to have screws small enough to attach the vertical brackets to my TV. I had a set that worked, so it wasn't a big deal for me, but it would have been a disappointment to need additional hardware considering they do give you a ton in the box.

This product was as expected. It was relatively simple to install. My only complaint was the screws that came with it were the wrong size.

This product is great. I was amazed in the short time it took to get it! I ordered this product on a Saturday night and it was on my porch on Monday! It was in a secure box so it arrived without any damages and was fairly easy to assemble and mount. The price was fantastic!
I highly recommend this product.

In the stores these mounts are going for almost $100! This was a very simple mount to use, comes with a leveling bubble built in. Only thing else needed for installation is a stud finder, a socket set, and a drill to predrill the holes. If you find all the studs properly, this is a very quick and simple installation. Sturdy enough to hold our Samsung and even comes with an extra HDMI cable! I have bought 3 of these mounts so far, they are cheap enough to leave in the house when you move!

Excellent mount. Easy to install. Dont waste your money on the expensive mounts. This one is very good for half the price.
