This bag is really small for my E-Volt 500. I have two lenses, flash, two filters and I carry all the cables and charger. When I place all of these items inside its really cramped, which is not good thing. I think that I need all of this when I am shooting anywhere. You never know what you will need. So when I bought this I was looking for space more than everything else. The fact that it brought the warranty, the remote, and lens cloth was just a plus for me. I'm not really satisfied with this bag, wished that it was bigger. If you care about space and carry a lot of stuff with the camera then don't buy this unless you are interested on what it brings. In my opinion its better to buy the remote separately if you are covered, and buy a cleaning kit for slr cameras in any electronics store (RadioShack $10). I bought my camera in Circuit City with the protection. So I am covered. But for some people that are not covered this kit would be wise to buy to extend their warranty.

This bag is nice and compact. It is however a little small for the E-500 2 lens kit. The only way to completely fit everything in the bag is to have the body and the lens separate. This makes it somewhat inconvenient when you want to be able to just unpack the camera and go. I generally have to leave one of the lens at home or I have to take the time (and find a clean environment) to attach the lens to the body. Overall this is a great bag for a simple outing but I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a bag to carry everything.

Indeed, you can get both lenses and the camera body in the main part of the bag. My only complaint is that if you want to carry the lens hoods as well as the lenses, it makes for a VERY cramped case. Accessories such as extra batteries, cables, etc. fit into the SMALL zippered compartment. Great bag-just a little on the small side of life. However, the offset for me was getting the 2 year extended warranty. This is a great deal for the money.

I got this bag to hold the E-500 camera with extra lens. There have been some other bags that have a little more room, so if you're thinking you need more space for stuff you might want to look around little more. Also, there is one zipper pouch in front, so there is not much space for things like battery chargers and USB cables if you are hoping to carry those around as well.

Overall...good case, could have a little more room though.

Received mine today! The extended warranty alone is worth almost $80.00! You get a nice size gadget bag that will hold the Evolt 500 SLR and 2 Lenses, plus you get the remote control and special lens cleaning cloth! Can't beat this deal! Better get them while you can! Purchased here at Amazon!

I bought this kit primarily becuase I NEEDED the remote control and they are out of stock everywhere as a standalone product. (I hate remote controls!) Then too, I thought the camera bag and the extended warrantee would be nice extras.

Well, the warantee has so many conditions and requirements, that I question that I'll ever be able to meet them all if I ever need service. It requires you submit a copy of the waranty card and the waranty certificate AND the reciept for purchase. I've had my E500 2 months and I've never GOTTEN a waranty card from Olympus.

I knew the camera bag would be small! I thought well, I could use it as a 'walk around' bag not for storage. It might even be too small for that! And it feels VERY flimsy, its a $4.00 piece of junk you can buy at any discount department store.

Can anyone tell me what a microfiber cloth is for? Can you clean a lens with it? Wash your car? What's it DO?

I now know why the $29 remote control is so scarce. They can make more money selling this piece of junk 'kit' for $80 instead of the remote control for $29.

I got the kit because I wanted the remote and could use the bag, the warranty and the cloth.

Somewhat disillusioned because since ordering I discovered the cloth will be no more than a travel convenience, since a soft camel brush is better to use at home; the warranty will only be valid if I have someone to send the camera back to the US or Canada; and the back, contrary to the camera which is plastic but feels solid, is very, very plasticky. May well end up being more resistant than it seems, but it doesn't inspire confidence and is very small. Ah, and just happen to have found the original (`Camedia', but it is exactly the same thing) remote at a local used photographic equipment store for a fraction of the price.

If you are at the US or Canada, it may be worthwhile if you can use at least three items, but none of them alone is really good.

In all, there is little to redeem the price of this kit. I only got it for the remote, and a small bag was a nice plus.

However, the bag turned out to be the least worthy part of the kit. It quickly tore around the (unnecessary) velcro on the tab. I replaced it with a bag about the same size, which cost $11 and was a little better made.

I can't in all honesty recommend this kit.
