Simply the best cordless phone out there (but pricey)
This phone is by far the best I've ever owned. It's the only cordless phone that combines useful features, excellent sound quality and reception with style and quality. I own both the Beocom 6000 and Beocom 1 setups, and both systems perform flawlessly. Not worth it
I have the old BeoCom system that came out a couple of years ago - we love the way it looks, but it has so many problems. The phone locked itself recently and even after consulting the manual, I can't get it to unlock. The battery cover broke off of two of the phones so the wires are constantly falling out. They work well with each other - we have four handsets and...

This phone is by far the best I've ever owned. It's the only cordless phone that combines useful features, excellent sound quality and reception with style and quality. I own both the Beocom 6000 and Beocom 1 setups, and both systems perform flawlessly. One reviewer claimed the phone battery cover broke on both her phones, but I have five of these and none has ever had anything break on them in the five years I've been using them (and more than once I have dropped them on tiled floors).

I have the old BeoCom system that came out a couple of years ago - we love the way it looks, but it has so many problems. The phone locked itself recently and even after consulting the manual, I can't get it to unlock. The battery cover broke off of two of the phones so the wires are constantly falling out. They work well with each other - we have four handsets and they communicate all information so you don't have to input twice. Sound quality is good. But not worth the cost, in the least.
