I liked it so much I also purchased the 15 inch version.

If you use this once in a while and are cost conscious this is a good choice.

Seems to be well made and, surprisingly, not all that heavy.

The one thing I wanted to know was how wide did the wrench open and none of the descriptions nor reviews stated that. So for those wondering it opens to 2.5 inches. Other than that it's an adjustable wrench like any other.

This was an import, and I bought it to back-up an American wrench I've had thirty years [Montgomery Ward era]. There are cosmetic differences between the two, but, with adjustable wrenches, tolerances are less of an issue.

Wrenches advertised for bicycle bottom brackets are typically wretched;
too short, with skinny handles. A new Schwinn bike bottom bracket
utterly defied an official wrench, even when whacked with a hammer.
Doubling the lever length with this guy took all the challenge out of the job.
Kudos to Amazon for very quick delivery.
Jaws are not parallel, but being closer at tip means that they may wear to parallel.
Nice action on the thumb screw; wish I'd owned these years ago.

Great wrench, looks very strong, and nice to hold. BUT, the wrench only opens to 2.105", and I need 2.146." The Olympia web site says "2-1/4"/57MM JAW OPENING" For the price, this isn't worth returning or arguing about.

This is a really big, hefty wrench that is ideal for heavy-duty tasks such as tightening jam nuts on vehicle suspensions and trailer hitch balls. Much more affordable here than at a local hardware store.

Jaw opens to 2.25". The adjustment mechanism is a bit loose, but not bad. Looks just like a small Crescent wrench, but it is HUGE, with lots of steel. The rough metal handle and polished head were both better than I expected for such a low price. It's amazing anyone can manufacture and ship a HUGE wrench like this when they sell them for under $25. I'd recommend everyone add one of these to your tool collection. Sooner or later, you'll come up against a nut too big for your wrench set and average sized adjustable wrenches (likely under 1.4" max jaw opening). This wrench gives you tons of handle to use for torque, and it would take quite a nut to bend or break a wrench this big. Definitely worth having on the wall for big jobs, or when a smaller wrench isn't handy.

I needed a 1 1/2" open-end wrench to adjust a clutch on a small tractor. Fixed-opening wrenches of this size cost about $100. This adjustable wrench cost 1/4 that, and works quite well for my purpose. The jaw is reasonably tight in its ways, and the faces are accurately parallel. The screw-driven opening motion is smooth and easy; it is a bit more difficult to close, but a gentle push on the jaw makes everything ok.

Thus, it is an inexpensive and flexible tool that met my requirements.

I needed this to tighten the trailer ball on my truck. Nothing smaller will fit. Be aware, it's very big!
