This bag had to be replaced 1/2 way through a trip!

1. The fabric is extremely thin and ripped after one flight.
2. One of the claps came off before we even left.
3. The bag will not stand up on it's own - it can only be laid flat.

I purchased this bag to have extra room to pack my son's things in my bag ... things like diapers and wipes (i.e., no sharp edges or heavy stuff etc. just bulky items). The bag arrived from the manufacturer a disappointment, and then failed to make it even through 1/2 a trip.

This bag is pretty large and matches the above description well. However, there are a couple flaws I would like to point out. First, the pull-out handle for rolling the bag is way too short. I'm not a very tall person (about 5'8") and I have to hunch over to drag this bag behind me. My second complaint is that you can't let the bag stand up on its side. There are no rubber stubs or legs on the side of the bag for it to be stable on its side vertically. Unless you lean it against a wall or lay it on the ground horizontally, it falls over.

I bought this bag to replace an older canvas rolling duffle I had, and I see no flaws in manufacturing, quality, or carrying capacity. Overall, it's a good product. I just wish the pull-out handle was longer and that they installed some rubber legs on the bottom so it could sit vertically without tumbling over.

I am satisfied with this purchase. I like the bottom compartment to store shoes, snorkle gear and more. Would buy again.

My wife bought this bag and brags about it to all who will listen. It was the only carry-on she had for a 11 day trip. She had room left over for purchases during the trip. She put her shoes and dirty clothes in the drop down compartment which she says kept the rest of her things clean and smell free (lol). So, I highly recommend it.

This is a good item, very sturdy, but a little bigger then we wanted. Therefore, I needed to return it. Luggage point was very nice about refunding our money and offered to help us find something more suitable. I recommend this co. if you are looking for good luggage and good service.
