This phone is a piece of junk. I bought this phone six months
ago and now the info globe no longer works. The buttons on
the phone are small and the volume level is practically
non-existent. It was really difficult to hear callers.
The one feature that I liked was the info globe (when it worked)
as I could see the caller id from across the room without
having to view the screen on the phone.

I have found the InfoGlobe Plus phone to be a great phone. My unit has no volume problems at all, perhaps it was just a problem with early models. On its highest setting its like a speaker phone its so loud I don't have to hold it to my ear to hear. The InfoGlobe itself is great, which is the reason to buy this unit, you can see the callerID info without having to get up from your easy chair. I say buy it and give it a shot, you won't be disapointed.

The most appealing feature on the InfoGlobe is that you can see who is calling you without having to physically move and look at the caller ID. The number pad on my phone had a tendency to stick, this may not be a universal problem, nonetheless this a great phone, especially if you wear glasses.

Piece of junk. Severely lacking in design and quality control. That's what happens when you go cheap on the R&D and assemble in Taiwan.
