this quality product will suppress your hunger for at least four

hours without any jittery feeling.

Tried this for the first time this week, it works well with the suggested dosage, but I take another at night as I am a night snacker and so far it's helped.

I'll augment later on this review when I see if I really lose more than just dieting!

Since this is an odd products (cactus from Africa) I took 1/4 pill by emptying it into my water bottle and drinking 1/4 of it. About 10 min after i took it i started feeling kinda odd and a bit dizzy. That was about 1 hour ago so i'm writing this while it's in my system. I feel kinda sleepy and "slow" to react, and have quickly developed a headache as well. And i feel kinda hungry too.

I guess i didnt' take enough to supress the appetite but enough to know that i won't be taking this stuff any more... I Googled "hoodia bordonii sleepy tired" and found that i'm not the only one. It seems like a pretty standard complaint. So at least now you know something i didn't know when i ordered mine which is the goal of these reviews...
