Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in soft tissues and is a vital catalyst in enzyme activity, especially the activity of those enzymes involved in energy production. The label says 400mg, 300 capsules. It's 300 133mg capsules, the 400mg simply refers to the fact that they recommend you take 3 of them.
