Olympian Labs Omega 3 Fish Oils are obtained from cold, deep water fish that provide more of the Omega 3 factors than other fish. The product description clearly states 1g (360 Epa/420 Dha). Well, the tablets are 1g but contain only 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA per tablet. Since these are the active ingredients, I ended up paying more than twice per active dose than I expected.

I feel cheated.

In fish oil i am worried about mercury . They have one of the best reputations in the industry . the omega 3 really helps with my ADD/ADHD . A good product at a good price .
