1.0 out of 5 stars False Advertising
The product description clearly states 1g (360 Epa/420 Dha). Well, the tablets are 1g but contain only 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA per tablet. Since these are the active ingredients, I ended up paying more than twice per active dose than I expected.

I feel cheated.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fish Oil that doesn't taste fishy, January 7, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The Olympian Labs Omega-3 Fish oil featured here provides an excellent supply of healthy fat in the form of EPA and DHA, as recommended by my doctor. 2 softgels give you 2,000 mg of Omega-3. The pill size is slightly larger than average but not huge like some products. For me it's easy to take two at once. The best part about the Olympian Labs Omega-3, for me anyway, is there is no fishy aftertaste or burps later on. it's all good!

I added a picture of the ingredients from the box, since some early reviewers seemed confused as to the actual contents. To be clear, the contents described here on the product page refer to the serving size of two softgels.

Just a high-quality supplement. No weird tastes or smells, nice packaging, pretty much all you can say about a jar of pills.

5.0 out of 5 stars Olympian Fish oil, December 2, 2011

I take this on a regular basis because I have heart problems. It seems like a quality product and am told that enteric coating is important. So I take this to be proactive for my cardiovascular health.

1.0 out of 5 stars Deceptive Labeling for Overly Expensive Product, August 21, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This product IS NOT what it appears to be. At first glance it appears to be concentrated fish oil when in reality it is nothing more than an everyday 1000mg softgel with about 300mg of EPA/DHA, similar to almost every other fish oil product on the market. If you read the label carefully you will find that the serving size is 2 softgels vs 1 softgel for most other fish oils on the market. Read the label more carefully than I did. It is rip-off. You can buy a much more concentrated product for a lot less money.

1.0 out of 5 stars information may be mis leading, March 8, 2009
By
the details state 360 EPA and 240 DHA but nowhere does it state if this is the amount per capsule or if it is per dose. If it's per dose it does not tell you how many capsule are per dose. It is VERY challenging to find this information easily. It would be great if we could easily find the best value per quantity of DHA and EPA. 1000 mg or 2000 mg is not helpful at all!
