After 5 years using another headset, it finally fell victim to the vacuum cleaner, and I was worried that I wouldn't find another one I liked as much. In a bit of a panic (I need this to do my job!) I quickly ordered this headset based on the price and design, thinking that it would at least get me through until I found one I "really liked." Turns out I made a great pick! The sound quality is so much better than my old headset (rest its soul), and it's much more comfortable in my ears as well. The xtra long cord may be a nice feature for some people, but is not really useful for me personally. In fact, I find myself tripping over it as I get up from my desk & unplugging it by accident! Other than that, for my purposes, this is an excellent deal!

I use these for digital transcription, and the sound quality is good, but after a while, the ear pieces start to cause bruise-like soreness in my outer ears. I know this is fairly unique to my ears, as iPod ear buds make me sore also, but just thought I'd throw that in just in case anyone else has the same issue. So these are good for short-term use for me, but I can't wear them more than a couple of hours of work. On the plus side, the super long cord is fabulous, as I don't feel tethered while wearing them.

Quick shipping,great sound, and the extra length I was looking for. Only problem is there is no adjustment on the head band. No way of making it any smaller or bigger. If that would have been in the description of the product, probably would not have purchased. Oh well, I guess we'll have to make it work.

I'm a medical transcriptionist and I've been using these for a couple of days now. The sound quality is great and they are really comfortable. The cord is plenty long. I like that they come with 2 extra sets of pads.

Great sound. Nothing too fancy, just perfect for what I needed it for, which is medical transcription. It clears out background noise very well. Definitely recommend this to anyone needing good transcription headphones.

i bought this specifically for the extended cord. i do transcription and the cords are always too short from harddrive to your chair. when i received the headset, quickly by the way, i saw it also had nice earbuds also with extra covers. they do not hurt my ears being in them all day long. i will reorder again when i lose or break these. Highly recommend.

Purchased these for our office as replacements for the E61 headphones that came with the Olympus AS4000 digital transcribers. Work just fine. These take the "sock" type ear cushions, whereas the E61 headphones take the "beret hat" type ear cushions, so if you need replacement cushions, just note that they each take a different cushion.

comfortable and useful for listening to my Olympus dm 10 OR SATELITE RADIO on the computer while doint work on the computer.

This headset is great for my transcription. I didn't realize the cord would be this long. The sound quality is excellent.
