i purchased this card as a supplement for my olympus sp-500uz camera and found it to be just what i needed. it holds more photos than i'll ever take in one outing. i'm glad that i got it.

The picuture card was received as represented online and within the time limits stated for shipping. The card performs great and holds over 500 High Quality pictures.

The card is fully operational and buying it from Amazon was about 20% cheaper than the next vendor's price.

The "M" Xd 512MB is great in the camera, but my Lexar USB 2.0 multi card reader (RW 018) does not recognise it. So I have to use my camera to download the pictures to my computer which eats up batteries. I called Lexar and was told that they are working on a solution to allow the multi card reader to read the M card, but it will take several months. In the meantime, I'm looking for a power adapter for my camera.

This Picture Card is an excellent choice for Olympus Cameras. If you're going to get a picture card, you may as well get a 512MB and it's an excellent deal for the money!

It's a pain that Olympus uses proprietary format cards so you have a limited a choice of manufacturers. The least they can do is offer cards at lower to comparable prices of sd cards. I'M satisfied that the card is a fair price for the amount of memory. A Ritz camera employee told me that only Fuji makes Xd cards and that the Olympus cards I saw advertised were fake. Either he was naive or lying in order to make a sale. Luckily I did more research and saw the Olympus card at Amazon for a much better price.

I have been struggling with the constraints of memory of smaller size. This size of memory and speed is amazing. The price is also very reasonable. I have to laugh at the many shoppers who bid on this memory on ebay. How foolish many of them are...the price they pay is far more than is available on Amazon. Best of all the price for this memory on Amazon is for a brand new item guaranteed.

My Olympus C-740 Ultra-Zoom is an older digital camera. This 512 MB XD card is the largest card I could find that would work in my camera. I ordered it, received it quickly, and have had no problems. It's wonderful. (Olympus has a chart that identifies what cards will work with what cameras. I didn't find that out until I had already purchased an XD card that was much too large.)

I didn't realize there were different formats, I found my D-395 only works with the standard xd cards, not "M" or "H" format.

Was able to return to Amazon and will order the proper model. Amazon's return process is very easy to use. Amazon is always my first choice for online purchases.

This definitely has expanded my picture taking ability and its fast. WORTH THE PRICE>
