This is my second underwater housing (first Olympus) and I like it better.
It is smaller, easier to seal, and all the camera's buttons are accessable, even the on and off button. It is a little positive bouyant, so be sure you have it attached it to an underwater lanyard because if you drop it, it is gone. It has a built in difuser which my previous Canon housing did not have and I believe it helped in keeping down the little white specs of plankton. I am totally happy with this housing.

The case works great. We use it with our Olympus 1030SW and have taken it to 110ft with no leaks. Pictures come out clear, as if there were no case at all and we are happy with our choice. Note that our case came with a protective plastic film over the LCD screan area of the case. It was not noticable untill we took the case to a depth of 80-90ft at which point the pressure forced water into to the bond line between the film and the hard plastic case causeing the LCD screen to look fogged up. Once we removed the plastic film after the dive every thing was perfect.

This PT-043 Olympus Underwater Housing for the 1030 model line camera is a housing you don't want to be without. I bought it to complete my 1030 camera so I can take it to the beach or the water and know I won't miss a shot on land or in the water saving my camera from damage and harm. Really a must for anyone who scuba dives or participates in many water-related sports.
