Olympus B-Hold 30 Power Battery Holder for C8080 Digital Camera

I can't stress how much better the handling is with this unit attached to the C8080. Even when you hold it in the conventional manner, your left hand can grip the B-HLD30 instead of underneath the lens, and the camera is much steadier. For vertical format shooting, it feels balanced; not feeling like it's attached to the camera, but truly becomes a part of it. It's very easy to install. The camera's existing battery door is surprisingly easy to remove in order for the B-HLD30 to be put on. The finish matches the camera perfectly, and the extra-comfy rubber grip in front instills holding confidence. My only regret is that I didn't get the B-HLD30 sooner! 47th Street Photo has the best price, and their service is great.

This battery holder has drastically improved the number of photos I can take with one battery charge. It also increased the size and weight, making it feel more like a film SLR.

I was a little concerned with the door latch, but as the batteries
have a click latch seperate from the door,I feel there is no worry
that the batteries would exit the holder

In addition to extending the camera's runtime, the B-HLD30 provides a more secure grip

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ABILITY NOW TO TAKE MORE PICTURES WITH OUT HAVING TO STOP AND RECHARGE THE ONE BATTERY. IT IS A LITTLE BULKY, BUT FITS NICE IN THE HAND. THE SETUP WAS EASY AND QUICK.
