I've had a C-4040 for years and it took astoundingly great pictures. I was never disappointed in the quality of the photos or the actual function of the camera. Sadly I had an accident recently and my camera was ruined. I know there are newer camera's out there. I actually picked up an Olympus Stylus point and shoot and I like it very much. But I still miss my C-4040, so I had to see if I could find a replacement and I have. I'll be glad to have my old companion (or I should say my old companion's look-a-like) hanging on the strap around my neck again this spring. Thanks.... Pam JS Milwaukee, WI
