The charger look cheaper but does what you need, I lost the original charger and this was the righ option for price and quality, you have the extras = two batteries and the case.

This camera case was a good size for the camera & extra battery. However, it did not come with a strap.

All items were present when delivered. It was delivered within the window of time that was indicated. The carrying case is not as convenient as the protective pouch that comes with the camera. It is larger, but not as easy to use and seems to be made of low grade material. I recommend you thoroughly read the literature included with the charger. I did not find its use to be intuitive.
