Olympus lens hood LH-70
I bought a used lens; it works fine and the price was ideal, but it came w/o a hood. I bought this Olympus original hood from Amazon. It does the job: protects the lens in use and blocks many reflections from highlights just outside the picture area. Good purchase!

really did not need it
I bought the olympus 14-54 lens and the hood came with it so I ended up paying 35.00 for something I really did not need. I think amazon should have been more clear on what comes with olympus lens.

Although this is a simple, one piece item. the lens hood used for the Olympus 14-54mm lens is an item that is critically needed. This is a quality item at a good price.
