5.0 out of 5 stars Works the way it should for what it was made for!!
As I said, it works the way it should for what it was made for! Sure it's a little bulky, but it has to ENCASE your camera! Sure it takes some preparing to get it ready for use, but it has to PROTECT your camera!! We used this on our dives in Roatan, Honduras (2nd largest coral reef in the world after Australia's GBR - yeah!), and our underwater pictures and videos turned...

3.0 out of 5 stars Good for divers; not so much for casual users
This case is meant for serious divers/snorkelers only. Each use of it requires quite a bit of preparation. The instructions recommend removing and greasing the o-ring, then testing the case submerged to the intended depth sans-camera for five minutes to ensure waterproofness prior to every use. There are after-use care instructions as well. Plus, you'll need to buy a new...

3.0 out of 5 stars Good for divers; not so much for casual users, September 23, 2007

Plus, you'll need to buy a new I-ring at least yearly, and buy more of the special grease more often than that. It's also *extremely* bulky.

If you just want a camera to use in the swimming pool or occasional snorkeling trip, a camera that's waterproof out of the box may be a better option. The picture quality will be slightly lower due to lens limitations -- you probably wouldn't want it as your primary camera. Then again, this case costs nearly as
much as a second camera.

If you intend to do a lot of diving with your Stylus 760, though, this may be just what you need. As a casual user, it wasn't what *I* needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent system!, August 13, 2007
This review is from: Olympus PT-036 Underwater Housing for Stylus 760 (Electronics)
Compact, easy to use, and works great. I used it diving in the Keys in both day and night conditions and got awesome photos. This is an excellent underwater system. I definitely recommend it.
