This is a great recorder. The only down side is the headphone plug is a 2.5 mm instead of 3.5 mm. Which some made into a big deal, but it really isn't. It is very sturdy. It has great sound quality and picks up a lot of sound for being very small. I would recommend it to everyone if they need something simple. Works great and am glad I bought it. Also, the seller shipped very fast. I got it in about 3 business days. I ordered it on a Friday and got it the following Wednesday. I was really surprised. Great experience.

I purchased the S702, and then read that the S701 is identical except for the color. True? Is there any difference in the features, specs, or construction? If not, I was ripped off having spent close to $70 for a recorder that I could get for $25. Any feedback is appreciated.
