This is a great camera. My wife likes a point and shoot, but wants the quality of a professional camera. This camera is very intuitive, the 20x zoom is phenominal.

We didn't format the flash card when we got it and after filling it up half the pictures/videos were corrupt. I'm hoping the format will resolve that.

This is a great camera for the price. I was very pleased with the package. I was a bit disappointed that a 5 - 7 day ground delivery options took 11 days to get here. Fortunately the camera was worth the wait.

I have been pleased with this Olympus 570 kit. I just took the camera on vacation and it really worked well for me. The battery charger has an European plug adapter that works without a voltage converter. I was pleased to find that out. I wish they would have put a different tripod in kit because I ended up having to just buy a different tripod that would hold the camera's weight. I was worried about the purchase because the company had some bad reviews, but I have not had to deal with customer service, so that was not an issue.
