The camera over all is a good product but I got caught with "the kit". Is a perfect catch 22.

The additional products added by Beach Camera that are not part of the manufacturer (Olympus) package, are so cheap and low quality that you will suffer a deception.

With the exception of the additional battery and the 8MB card, the rest you can get a decent product cheap but good quality in any Target or similar store. My best example is that I can't use the card reader because it gives me an error and I end up loosing the pictures because is necessary format the card. To get the pictures I have to connect the camera directly draining the battery in the process which need to be recharged most of the times after this process.

I was really surprised at the quality of the bundle accessories that came with the camera the camera is great butthe accessories are items I can actually use and also the length of time from when I ordered and when I got the camera was quick thanks so much.

This is an excellent portable camera for the price. The camera is a good point and shoot camera. I have found that it takes excellent outdoor photos, but indoor ones are not so good and no matter what I try, red eye is a problem
